Regarding:

here is the updated version of duties for sec one registration&orientation .

REPORTING TIME :
prefects : 7am at the concourse
EXCO members : 6.45am at prefects room

* LEADERS TO TAKE ATTENDANCE

ATTIRE :
prefects : proper school uniform with tie and BLACK shoes with WHITE socks .
EXCO members ;
GIRLS : blazer , white long sleeve shirt with tie , blazer skirt and court shoe
BOYS : blazer , school uniform with tie , LONG pants and leather shoe

THINGS TO BRING :
tie and a pen

SCHOOL GATE :
atiqah and timothy
( greet the parents and escort them )

CONCOURSE :
S Sriharan and farah
( escort them to the registration booth and tell parents to check the classes of their son and daughter )

REGISTRATION BOOTH :
sheena teo , jo jo , heizeline , jun jun , gayathiri , nancy
( mark their attendance for them & give them the queue number & escort them to the hall )

BESIDE REGISTRATION BOOTH :
azizah , liat zhen , junainah
( direct people to the registration booth )

OUTSIDE HALL :
yuting , aimuni , clarice , mohammah firdaus
( direct people to the classes they are in )

STAIRCASE :
siti hajar , yi jun , gary , sabrina
( GREET them and direct them to the hall )

UNIFORM :

( know the size and the opening hours & other informations that parents wants to know . )

BOOKSHOP :

( help carry books if there are elderly people and also know when can they still come to buy the books & give out queue number )

( help the teachers out , explain the forms to the parents , get the parents to settle down . )

4 PREFECTS TO HELP MRS HEE :

THOSE PREFECTS WHO HAVE NO DUTIES are required to come to school as well .

i think there are changes but these are the duties i have((:

* your job are mainly to follow the classes around and interact with them . let them feel welcome to North View . also guide them if they do not know anything about the schooL .
