Regarding:

PEOPLE .

PLEASE TAKE NOTE ABOUT THE DUTIES POSTED HERE((:

For the Upper Sec and the lower Sec Prefects
Things that need to be done every morning and recess time.

Every Morning

7.15 am- Announced pupils to go up to the hall
7.20 am- Announced pupils to go down to carpark (class by class)

(Announcement will be made by Michelle and Bryan)

-All prefects are suppose to help with the ushering

Flag and commanding
-Prefects who are doing the flag and commanding are to be ready by 7.15am SHARP.

Gate duty
-Prefects who are down for gate duty make sure that late comers is remain at the gate and being brought to the carpark after the dismissal of classes.

Hall Duty
Prefects doing PDA are
- Gary and Faezah (lower sec)
- Michelle and Aimuni (upper sec)

Recess Time
-When all the class have been dismissed down for recess, prefects quickly go down to buy your food and eat and do your respective duties.

- 3 minutes before bell rings, prefects who are assign to stand at the drink stall area is to help to get the pupils up to the hall and stop them from buying drinks.

- Usher all pupils up to the hall.

Lower sec recess -

*Prefects who are late or not in proper attire are suppose to do data recording.
In charged of data recording is Nur Diyana.

Things for the leader and in charged to do.

-Group leaders are supposed to have a note book and write remarks on the group every single day.

Write remarks based on all these that you have observed.

Regarding:

Hey prefects ,
regarding what Mr Leong told us today , making ourselves seen . can we do something about it ?
instead of mingling around with our friends during recess assembly , why not help out in the discipline field when the DM is not around yet ? lets make a mark in the school ! we dont wear the black shoe for the sake of wearing it , as prefects we should think on our toes, yes ? we wear the black shoe because we want to serve, we choose to serve. we are not forced to serve , yes ?

1. Prefects are needed to be at the drinks stall to NOT allow pupils to buy drinks after the bell .
2. Prefects (mich&bryan) are placed at the General Office to make announcements, for class to class to move off to respective locations for assembly .
3. Prefects ( Gary , Mich & Aimuni & somebody ) will be assisting with the recording of late comers using a PDA provided by the school . These Prefects should have been briefed by Mr Latiff already .
4. Tsaiting will be Overall In Charge for Upper&Lower Sec . She will be assisting the heads.
5. Cho Hsien will be OIC for the Gate Duty.
6. Sheena will be the OIC for Patrolling duty .
7. Azizah will be the OIC for Flag Raising .
( these people have been briefed about their duties )

All of the above will start w.e.f 8th January 2006.
so far so good(:
