Regarding:

Hello all. (: This web is oh-so-going to die. NEVERTHELESS, MICHELLE SHALL PERK THINGS UP. okay. Apparently, 3 months have passed. Many things have changed. Definitely, many nominees for Sec one/two prefects! Basically, the new information that we've gotten is that the Prefect's Investiture & Prefects' Camp is postponed till further notice. So it'll no longer be during the ONE WEEK BREAK, unless further instructed. (:

Exco Members :
1. If you haven't given $1 to Alex for Exco Fund, please do so on thursday.
2. THERE IS A MEETING ON THURSDAY, PREFECTS ROOM. (time, ask wanyi)
3. Please come up with games for Prefects Camp, leh

im updating about the past two days of interviewing the new sec ones and twos prefects .

2. Cross Country
Date : 9th Feb 2007
Attire : House T-Shirt & PE Shorts

3. Chinese New Year Celebration
- Date : 16th Feb 2007
- One Prefect to one Teacher to give oranges

4. Attendance Taking In The Morning (currently not ready until further notice)
- Prefects on duty are supposed to go straight to the general office to take the attendance.
- Lower sec leaders are suppose to get contact numbers from their group members
- Leaders are suppose to let Group Members know about the marking of attendance IF they are doing duty.

5. Upcoming Events
Prefects’ Camp
- Date : Should be 15 & 16 March 2007 or 13 & 14 March 2007
- Camp is mainly for new coming sec one prefects , sec two and the sec three prefects.
- Choose a date that everyone is free. Do not choose a date that MOST of the prefects cannot come.

Prefects’ Investiture
- We might invite other schools .
- Exco Members are to think of what gifts to give other schools.
- Leaders are to tell group members to think about the gifts.
* Deadline : 6th Feb 2007 , Tuesday
- Make more blazers with sizes like S, M, L, XL.
- Not advisable for custom made blazers.
- Some of them may want to pay the subsidize amount for the blazer ( Can consider this idea)
