yes, i'm here to update the so-dead-blog.
Jokes aside. Despite me knowing not much people view this blog, i will still type.
before i type anything, let me first inform you that whatever im typing is not biased against anybody. I'm telling how i feel about you, prefects.
So bear with me for awhile by spending just a few minutes reading this post.
Knowing that the problem i faced was duties not carried out by prefects actively.
Honestly, i have not encounter any problems with the secondary2s except for about 1 or 2 recently. They were very proactive and showed initiative to do the job.
Problems i faced was with the secondary3.
I'm going to be a little harsh & of course with my tone i will be using, i'm angry.
if you guys were to
DO YOUR DUTY, we(the heads) wouldnt have problems calling people to carpark. Benjamin &myself walking from bookshop area all the way to concourse, Fitri &Ernest shouting at the concourse calling people to move. It irritates me seeing you guys sitting there chatting with your friends! &even asking me to
WAIT despite asking you to move. im tired of saying this everytime i called for mass meeting, i'm also tired of scolding you. It also irritates me whenever i scold you, talk nicely to you, you wouldn't like it. I didn't know what do you people really want from us. I, don't feel happy scolding you for not doing your job.
Please, the least you can do is,
ONE: YES, put on your tie(thats what most of you don't. When you don't even put on your tie, you wouldn't do your duty.)
TWO: do your duty.
just these 2things and we are happy with it.
It lightens our job a lot, really.
There are always a room for improvement.
I always have the mind thinking that you guys will improve. I'm willing to wait for that day till i step down.
Give some thoughts to what i've said. Pass the message on, encourage your fellow team. Call yourself a good leader, a role model. Be proud to be a leader among the students.
