Regarding:

Hello living things. The midyear examinations has come to an end. & the plannings for prefects camp & prefects investiture, must go on! (: So check back again for more details.

fyi, minutes of last exco mtg(sorry for this inefficiency:D).

Prefects Investiture

1. Gifts might be changed, due to the lack of time to make it.
· Ideas for Gifts( simple cardboard with hearts as the letterings)
· Budget : $5/school

2. Invitation Cards
· To be sent out by early may.

3. Music Accompaniment
· Music either by Maksim or Richard Clayderman
· Music to be reviewed by Wanyi on Monday.
· Music to accompany walking in/out to be decided once again.

4. Performance
· 2 Performances to be done
· Temporarily, it’s a Band formed by prefects comprising of Jolene, Ernest & Junjun)
· A dance choreographer to choreograph the prefects dance as soon as possible.
· Emcees to be Ernest & Heizeline

5. Tiepins or Collar pins ?
· Prefably, Tie pins for ALL prefects
· Special Custom made badges for exco members to be pinned above the name tag in the school uniform, with the label Executive Committee.

Speech Day

1. Duties
· To be confirmed again by Wanyi, due to short of manpower.
· Red Blazers to be worn by prefects who are more prominent on Speech Day , itself.(temporary)

Annual Prefects Camp

1. Nightwalk
· To be held in Rifle Range
· Route IC : Alex , to be assisted by Benjamin.

2. Sentry Duty
· Purpose is to sweep the school because the school is open to students in the day.
· Wanyi to do up the duty list asap.

3. Camp Booklet
· To comprise of Campfire songs
· Agenda for day 1 and 2
· Reflections ?

4. Campfire Songs
· To be compiled and given to Sheena, as soon as possible.

5. Campfire Preparation

· Items needed : sand, firewood, kerosene.

5.1 Collection of Firewood
· Venue: Yishun Park
· Date : 23rd April/ 30th April / After exams (after much consideration, 30th April is the best date)
· Initiated by: Benjamin
· Groundsheets ? : NPCC / NCC ?
Firewood are not to be hollow, to be full of insects and must NOT be damp.

Selection Of New Executive Committee Members
